Cardiac Performance Metrics
CPM - What We Measure
HeartForce has developed a unique self-monitoring technology to assess cardiac performance, enabling the early detection of heart disease. Our technology is based on seismocardiograhy and follows a medically-recognized approach to heart-health assessment: the analysis of low-frequency vibrations caused by the contraction and relaxation of the heart as it beats. In accordance with this analysis, a set of indicators were established, defined as Cardiac Performance Metrics. CPM indicates whether a heart is healthy or may be experiencing problems. Among other things, a healthy heart operates on perfect timing at a regular rhythm and with an optimal strength of contraction. Each of these indicators:
require distinct algorithms and AI software to detect the changes in cardiac performance that may suggest heart disease.
By providing simple-to-use heart assessments for everyone, CPM eliminates the need for expensive equipment, technicians or medical interventions.
